Role Description The Riders role at Licious is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Riders are responsible for safely picking up orders from designated hubs and delivering meat and seafood products to customers within assigned routes and time slots. The role includes verifying order details, handling products with care to maintain hygiene and temperature standards, and using a mobile application for navigation and delivery updates.

Riders interact with customers in a skilled manner,



collect payments when required, and report any issues or delays to the supervisor or support team. The position may involve working shifts, weekends, and holidays to support peak delivery demand.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong navigation and route-planning skills, with the ability to use smartphones, GPS, and delivery applications effectively.
- Candidates should possess safe driving or riding skills, including a valid driving license, familiarity with local traffic rules, and access to a two-wheeler in good working condition.
- Candidates should possess basic customer service skills, such as polite communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor during deliveries.
- Candidates should possess time management and reliability skills, including punctuality, the ability to follow schedules, and attention to detail when handling orders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in delivery or logistics, or fresher basic literacy and numeracy, capability to lift and carry moderate weights, and a commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
