Role Description The Revit Architect at SMARTANK will work in office in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, focusing on architectural design and documentation using Revit and related tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed architectural plans, creating and managing BIM models, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with local regulations and standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers and consultants to translate client requirements into functional and visually compelling designs,



while maintaining project timelines and quality benchmarks.

The Revit

Architect will also support integration of design workflows with internal software systems, contribute to design reviews, and participate in continuous improvement of processes and templates.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to produce detailed drawings and BIM models.
- Proficiency in Software Development-related concepts as applied to BIM tools, and Integration of Revit models with other design and project management platforms.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Advanced Revit and BIM skills; familiarity with AutoCAD and other architectural visualization tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant skilled licensure or registration preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to projects in Mumbai and wider regions.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Prior experience working in consulting or client-facing environments, and interest in contributing to strategic and process-oriented initiatives.
