Job Title: Sales Executive Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

· Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers

· Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales

· Reach out to customer leads through various channels (phone, email, field visits)

· Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services

· Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions using CRM software

· Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as needed

Requirements

· Solid understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals

· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

· Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
