Role Description The Retail Store Manager at Decobee is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The manager leads and motivates the store team, provides coaching and performance feedback, and ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing in-store promotions, maintaining visual standards, and reducing retail loss through adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive in-store experiences and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to safeguard assets, follow security procedures, and minimize shrinkage.
- Additional desirable qualifications include prior retail or store leadership experience, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, basic data and report interpretation skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- A diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading diverse teams.
