A&A; Modular Systems is a three-generation, family-run manufacturer of premium modular interiors - kitchens, wardrobes, doors, windows, wall panelling, vanities, and TV units, with roots in this line of business going back to 1979. Every product is built end-to-end at our own 150,000 sq. ft. facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, on European manufacturing machinery. With all processes housed under one roof, we maintain complete control over every detail ensuring consistency, quality, and enduring value in everything we create.

Our showroom and corporate office are in Mohali, Punjab.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven, client-focused Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales operations and own the end-to-end client experience from the first walk-in or enquiry through to final handover. This is a client-facing leadership role combining showroom sales, on-site client meetings, and close coordination with our design and production teams to convert enquiries into confirmed orders. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales, offering the right candidate real ownership over how retail sales is run.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the showroom sales process end-to-end greeting walk-in clients, understanding requirements, presenting our product range, and closing sales.
- Conduct client meetings both in the showroom and at client sites (residential or project sites) as needed, including site visits, and briefings alongside the design team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the full sales cycle from first enquiry through design finalization, deposit, and handover.
- Follow up diligently on all leads and enquiries (walk-ins, referrals, phone, digital) and maintain accurate,



up-to-date records.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Director of Sales.
- Present accurate quotations, proposals, and material/finish options to clients.
- Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are correctly captured and communicated.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards product displays, sample materials, and overall client-facing environment.
- Travel locally to client sites and, occasionally, to the factory for client visits or internal coordination.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to the Director of Sales.
- Stay current on product ranges, finishes, and pricing to advise clients accurately and confidently.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in retail or showroom sales furniture, interiors, real estate, or another premium/luxury consumer category preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with high-value clients.
- Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor suited to a premium retail workplace.
- Target-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Own vehicle preferred, given local travel requirements.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Mohali/Chandigarh tricity area.
