Position: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Industry: Jewellery Showroom

Experience: 1–3 Years

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Handle billing, product displays, and showroom activities.
- Ensure proper stock handling and inventory coordination.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
- Follow showroom standards, grooming guidelines, and sales procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of jewellery retail sales experience.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Attractive personality with a professional appearance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
