Retail Merchandising Head with 7+ years of retail merchandising experience required in a Multi-Designer Luxury Fashion Brand located in Mumbai

Work Model: Hybrid (3–4 Days Office | 2–3 Days Store) | Sunday Fixed Off

- Lead the overall retail merchandising function for the Women's Wear category across retail stores
- Onboard and manage premium designer brands, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term designer relationships
- Drive category planning, assortment, inventory management, pricing strategy, and seasonal collection launches
- Monitor sales, customer buying trends, inventory productivity, and prepare MIS reports to maximise sales and profitability
- Develop pricing and markdown strategies & * Conduct competitor analysis, identify market trends, and execute category growth initiatives




- Plan & execute designer collection launches, media events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with designers &
- Lead and mentor the merchandising team while ensuring smooth merchandising operations and business growth
- Plan product allocation, replenishment, and optimise inventory based on seasonality and product life cycle

*Salary up to Rs 24 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly for the right candidate)
