Role Description The Resumes for Freelancer Trainer for Medical Coding / Pharmacovigilance is a part-time, on-site role based at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology in Greater Noida. The trainer will guide students and early-career professionals in preparing effective resumes and profiles tailored to freelance opportunities in medical coding and pharmacovigilance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations on resume structure, content, and presentation; advising on how to showcase technical skills, certifications, and project experience; and helping learners navigate freelance platforms and job search strategies. The trainer will collaborate with academic staff to align training materials with industry requirements,



develop sample resumes and templates, and provide feedback to participants to improve their professional branding. The role may also involve organizing mock interviews, portfolio reviews, and short seminars on career paths in medical coding and pharmacovigilance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in medical coding (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS) and pharmacovigilance processes, workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in resume writing, professional profile development, and career coaching, particularly for freelance and contract-based opportunities.
- Candidates should possess experience in training, mentoring, or teaching in academic or corporate settings, with the ability to conduct interactive workshops and one-on-one guidance.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex healthcare and IT concepts in transparent, accessible language.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with freelance platforms, online job portals, and networking strategies relevant to medical coding and pharmacovigilance roles.
