Key Responsibilities

- Assist consultants during surgical and OT procedures as required.

- Conduct pre-operative assessment and ensure patients are medically prepared for procedures.

- Monitor patients during and after procedures and identify any complications promptly.

- Ensure proper post-operative monitoring and documentation.

- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, embryology/IVF and other clinical teams as required.

- Ensure OT readiness, including availability of instruments, medicines, consumables and emergency equipment.

- Follow strict infection-control, sterilization and OT safety protocols.

- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, OT notes and medical documentation.

- Handle basic emergency situations and escalate critical cases to the concerned consultant/senior doctor.

- Ensure proper handover of patients and clinical information between shifts.

- Monitor availability and proper use of OT drugs, consumables and equipment.

- Support smooth coordination of scheduled procedures and OT activities.

- Ensure compliance with hospital/center SOPs and medical standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
