Company Description All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) is a tertiary care public health institute established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, to reduce disparities in healthcare for the underprivileged population of Western India. It is one of six new AIIMS institutions created in 2012 under the AIIMS Amendment Act 2012. Role Description The Research Officer (Medical/Non-Medical) is a full-time, on-site position based at STHR Sirohi/AIIMS Jodhpur. The role involves designing and conducting research studies, supporting ongoing clinical and public health projects on tribal health, and ensuring that research protocols, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements are followed. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data,



coordinating with investigators and project teams, preparing reports and documentation, and contributing to manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications.

The Research

Officer will collaborate with medical and non-medical staff, participate in research meetings, and assist in monitoring project timelines and outcomes. The position requires active involvement in improving research processes and contributing to evidence-based practices on tribal health. Candidates from tribal background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Health Science (MBBS/Equivalent) and Postgraduate in Public Health/ equivalent from a recognized college/University. OR
- Graduate in Health Science (MBBS/Equivalent) from a recognized College/University + 3Years' Experience in Community Project. OR
- Post Graduate in Science from a recognized college/University with PhD.

Desirable: Ability to travel extensively. work experience in rural or tribal area.
