You'll research companies, identify decision-makers, verify information and build clean, helpful prospect intelligence that directly supports business development.

This is not a data-entry role.

What You'll Do

- Research target companies and their businesses
- Identify marketing, brand, commercial and procurement decision-makers
- Find and verify contact information
- Track company launches, expansion and relevant business activity
- Categorize companies by industry, city and prospect fit
- Maintain and clean CRM and prospect databases
- Remove duplicates and outdated information
- Build outreach-ready prospect lists
- Support industry and competitor research
- Document sources and maintain data-quality standards

What We're Looking For




- Excellent internet research skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Analytical and methodical approach
- Ability to work accurately at volume
- Curiosity about companies and markets

Good to have: CRM experience, advanced Excel, market research, analytics or familiarity with AI research tools. Who Will SucceedYou're the person who notices the detail everyone else missed.

You care whether information is correct, not simply whether the task is finished.

You enjoy researching companies and building structured information from messy sources.
