About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D; Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, developing creative ideas, and supporting product/service development. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about research, innovation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the R&D; team in conducting research, experiments, and feasibility studies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support ongoing projects.
- Review literature, reports, and patents relevant to research topics.
- Support in designing prototypes, testing methods, or pilot studies.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to support innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of research tools/software is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
