- Cultivate deep, collaborative relationships with C-level executives to align hiring efforts with long-term business objectives.

- Personally engage in the end-to-end recruitment process to secure mission-critical candidates and close complex roles.

- Drive the acquisition of top-tier leadership talent to support organizational expansion.

Requirements

10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience

Experience building/scaling hiring in a high-growth or startup workplace

Strong leadership hiring experience

Proven ability to partner closely with CXOs

Strong hands-on execution and ability to close critical talent

Immediate joiners preferred
