Role Description This is a full time, remote Real Estate Agent (Commission Only) role focused on the Dubai real estate market.

The Real Estate

Agent will source and manage property listings, conduct virtual property consultations, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends, and preparing digital presentations and marketing materials for properties. The agent will handle client inquiries, provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and online platforms,



and collaborate with internal teams to align property promotion with broader digital marketing strategies.

As this is a commission-only role, the agent is expected to actively drive sales performance and manage their pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and practical knowledge of local real estate regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property expertise, including understanding of property types, valuation, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a commission-based environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships remotely.
- Additional qualifications: familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, proficiency with CRM and virtual meeting tools, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Beneficial qualifications: fluency in additional languages, prior experience in remote or international real estate, and a background in digital marketing or online lead generation.
