About the Role
Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our 811 Digital Sales team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring recent customers, driving account openings, conducting on-ground sales activities, and promoting cross-sell opportunities within the bank’s digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition
- Acquire Savings and Current Accounts from the open market.
- Conduct on-ground sales activities such as:
- Canopy setups
- Umbrella activities
- Cold calling
- Field visits
- Reference-based sourcing
- 2. Cross-Selling
- Promote additional financial products to existing customers including:
- Life Insurance (LI)
- General Insurance (GI)
- SIPs
- Personal Loans (PL)
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
3. Territory Management
- Work within the assigned geographical pin codes.
- Achieve targets for account acquisition and cross-sell products.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure engagement and retention.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation (Any stream)
- Age: Up to 25 years
- Experience: 0–1 year of sales experience (freshers can apply)
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel and perform field activities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
