Key Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sales and customer relationship management

Prior sales/real estate experience will be an added advantage

Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers using the leads provided by the company

Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments

Conduct and coordinate project/site visits

Follow up with prospective customers and manage assigned sales activities

Visit assigned projects as required

Coordinate with the reporting manager and maintain regular updates on sales
