International Nutraceutical Registration

? Location: Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), Maharashtra

Triofit Nutracare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and experienced Regulatory Affairs Executive with hands-on experience in international nutraceutical dossier preparation and product registration . The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing regulatory documentation and coordinating with international clients and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare and compile regulatory dossiers for international nutraceutical product registrations.
- Prepare and review Product Information Files (PIF), Technical Files, Product Specifications, COAs, Ingredient Declarations, Labels, and other regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with international clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for product registrations and dossier submissions.
- Understand and comply with country-specific regulatory requirements across various export markets.
- Review product labels and artworks for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain registration trackers,



document control, and regulatory databases.
- Coordinate with R&D;, QA/QC, Production, and Business Development teams for timely submission of regulatory documents.
- Respond to technical and regulatory queries from customers and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable international regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Nutraceutical Regulatory Affairs .
- Proven experience in international nutraceutical dossier preparation and product registrations .
- Ability to independently handle multiple regulatory projects simultaneously.
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
