Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating selection decisions in collaboration with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for various roles within Pink Farms, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timelines.



The specialist will also support onboarding and training coordination, maintain accurate recruitment records, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess talent and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members’ integration and development.
- Relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment within agriculture, real estate, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and local labor regulations is an advantage.
