Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, skilled trade, and volume workforce positions

- Work with operations and project teams to forecast manpower requirements against project pipelines

- Source candidates through direct channels, trade networks, referrals, training institutes, and agency panels

- Plan and conduct recruitment drives and mass hiring campaigns, including travel to source markets

- Coordinate and oversee trade tests and practical skill assessments with technical staff

- Verify trade certifications, licences, and experience documentation

- Screen for physical fitness, site readiness, and suitability for site or camp-based deployment

- Build direct sourcing pipelines to reduce agency dependency and per-hire cost

- Manage recruitment agencies and overseas partners, holding them to quality and cost standards

- Coordinate joining and mobilisation arrangements with HR and Camp administration

- Maintain recruitment trackers and report on fulfilment, cost per hire,



and source performance

Mandatory Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical, trade, or volume recruitment experience

- Demonstrated experience recruiting technical or skilled trade roles, not general staffing alone

- Working understanding of trade categories, certifications, and skill assessment

- Experience running recruitment drives or mass hiring campaigns

- Willingness and availability to travel regularly, with a valid passport and no travel restriction

- Ability to communicate with a multilingual workforce. Hindi essential; Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Urdu, or Nepali an advantage

- Competent in Excel and recruitment reporting

- Bachelor's degree. Track record will be the defining factor in selection
