About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of dedicated experience in managing leadership and senior-level mandates across various sectors including Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Chemicals, and Manufacturing. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for delivering senior leadership assignments, managing client relationships, and building a robust network of senior professionals.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, developing effective search strategies, and ensuring successful placement of leadership talent. The position offers an prospect to work with top-tier clients, lead strategic initiatives, and contribute significantly to the firm's growth and reputation.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring, with a proven track record in handling senior and leadership mandates.



Prior experience with an executive search or leadership consulting firm is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong client management skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to independently manage multiple mandates within tight deadlines.

A comprehensive understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and industry-specific leadership pools is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required to succeed in this role. A well-established professional network within the relevant sectors will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring mandates for clients across relevant industry sectors, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Develop in-depth understanding of client requirements, organizational structures, business objectives, and leadership needs to formulate effective search strategies.
- Lead searches for senior management, business heads, functional heads, CXO, and other leadership positions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement, regular updates, and strategic consultation.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of senior professionals across engineering, EPC, infrastructure, real estate, chemicals, manufacturing,



and allied sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities through client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, contributing to the firm’s growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior researchers and consultants involved in search assignments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, competitor movements, and talent pools to enhance search effectiveness and candidate sourcing strategies.
