Recruiter Intern Location: Nashik Employment Type: Internship Duration: [3/6 months] Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Support the HR team with other talent acquisition activities as required. RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and email. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and robust attention to detail.
