Job Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
- Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Schedule appointments and meetings when required.
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive English and Tamil communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage.
