Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager role at Azirco Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi.

The Real Estate Sales

Manager will lead and supervise a sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the local real estate market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and overseeing the closure of transactions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, monitoring market trends, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

The Real Estate Sales

Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align sales activities with company goals and uphold Azirco’s standards of ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market trends, valuation, and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, including relationship building, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Real Estate) or equivalent professional experience in real estate sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with experience in performance management and coaching.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
- Familiarity with the Ranchi and Jharkhand real estate markets and fluency in English and local languages is highly beneficial.
