Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the collection of outstanding payments, manage receivable processes, and ensure healthy cash flow for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and team management skills with a proven track record in accounts receivable, collections, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor the organization's Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio.

- Lead collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
- Perform outbound calls and follow-ups with clients regarding overdue invoices and pending payments.
- Resolve customer billing disputes and payment-related issues professionally.
- Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and collection procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve payment concerns.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance cash collection and reduce outstanding receivables.

Requirements

* Any degree .
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Finance operations.
- Solid knowledge of AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing a team will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

* Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
