Role Description The Real Estate Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The associate will support property transactions by identifying potential properties, conducting site visits, and assisting in negotiations and deal closures. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing and reviewing basic lease and transaction documents, and maintaining accurate records of property listings and inquiries.

The role involves monitoring local market trends,



gathering comparable data, and providing clients with clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making. The associate will also collaborate with senior team members on commercial and residential projects, ensuring a smooth, client-focused transaction process from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions.
- Candidates should possess experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Real Estate Development and related project workflows.
- Strong client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and comfort with property management or CRM software.
- Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales in the Gurugram region is an advantage.
