React Native & React JS Developer / Lead

Experience: Minimum 3+ years IN React Native

Must-Have: Candidates must be currently working hands-on with both React Native and React JS

We are looking for a skilled React Native & React JS Developer / Lead to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both React JS and React Native, with the ability to work across frontend architecture, application performance, integrations, and mobile deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications end-to-end.
- Build highly interactive and responsive user experiences using React JS and React Native.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with cloud engineers, software engineers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations across iOS and Android platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production issues.
- Define frontend architecture and evaluate technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- Develop and maintain reusable, scalable frontend components and libraries.
- Deploy React Native applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Implement unit testing using Jest or other testing frameworks.
- Follow Agile development practices, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Work with Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
- Contribute to open-source projects and implement mission-critical fixes where required.
- Monitor product success through relevant technical and business metrics.
- Mentor other developers and help maintain architectural vision and software quality.

Required Skills





- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native and React JS.
- Must be currently working on both React Native and React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React JS, React Native, and supporting libraries.
- Strong knowledge of ES6 and ES7ES10 features.
- Experience building production-grade web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, UI development, business logic, and data integration.
- Experience developing and deploying React Native applications to App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 and frontend best practices.
- Experience with Jest or other unit testing frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, including diagnosing issues outside the codebase.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to mentor developers and contribute to technical/architectural decisions.
