About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Quality Operations & Training Lead to strengthen quality standards across our operations in India.

This role will serve as the primary local point of contact for supplier quality questions and operational quality issues. Working closely with our central QC team, the successful candidate will visit operational sites across India, identify quality gaps, train collectors and supplier teams, and ensure that quality standards are consistently understood and followed.

This is a field-oriented position requiring and might require frequent travel throughout India.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related questions and issues from suppliers and operational teams in India.
- Work closely with the central QC team to understand, communicate, and implement quality standards.
- Travel regularly to supplier and operational sites across India to assess quality performance and provide hands-on support.
- Train collectors, supervisors, and supplier teams on quality requirements, processes, tools, and best practices.
- Identify recurring quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis to determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs, refresher sessions, and practical coaching.
- Support suppliers in implementing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor whether training and corrective actions result in measurable and sustained quality improvements.
- Conduct site-level quality assessments and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Create and maintain training materials, quality guidelines, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
- Track key quality trends and prepare regular updates for the QC and operations teams.
- Escalate critical or recurring quality concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accountability,



and continuous improvement across the India region.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in quality operations, quality assurance, field training, supplier quality, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of quality-control processes and continuous-improvement principles.
- Demonstrated experience training frontline or field-based teams.
- Ability to investigate quality problems, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional Indian languages would be an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across India, including visits to supplier and operational sites.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with suppliers, vendors, collectors, or distributed field operations.
- Experience conducting site audits or operational quality assessments.
- Familiarity with corrective and preventive action processes.
- Experience developing training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Previous experience in a regional or multi-site quality role.
- Computer Science Background is preferred

Reporting StructureThe Quality Operations & Training Lead will work closely with the India operations team and maintain a dotted-line relationship with the central QC team for quality guidance, standards, and capability development.
