Manager – Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics

Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing qualified with hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, campaign analytics, website optimization, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The role requires close collaboration with Business, Product, Technology, and Data teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using GA4, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
Manage website content, coordinate UI/UX enhancements, and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) through A/B testing and continuous improvements.
Own CDP initiatives, including customer segmentation, audience management, and personalized customer journeys.




Execute and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams to deliver digital marketing initiatives and improve customer experience.

Skills & Experience

3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Analytics, or Martech.
Hands-on experience with CDP platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.
Good understanding of website analytics, customer journeys, campaign tracking, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Fintech will be preferred.
