Job Description: Real Estate Disposition Manager US & Canada ( Inbound Investor Sales)

We are a fast-growing US and Canada-based real estate investment firm purchasing off-market residential properties. Our Disposition Team is responsible for monetizing our inventory by reaching pitching, marketing properties to our network of active real estate investors, cash buyers, and institutional funds.

Role Overview
This is NOT a customer service or lead intake role You are our Inbound Sales Associate.

Your primary mission is to assign off-market deals to inbound cash buyers. You will sit at the centre of fast-paced real estate deals, running bidding wars, building investor relationships, and driving deals across US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities
Investor Deal Reachout: Proactively present residential properties to active cash buyers, house flippers, landlords, and institutional funds via phone, SMS, and email.
Comminication: Handle counteroffers,



drive multi-buyer communication, create high urgency/FOMO interests.
Buyer Network Expansion: Actively recruit, screen, and build a proprietary database of VIP cash buyers across target US/Canada metro areas from the data provided (inbound).
Transaction Coordination: Work closely with buyers, title companies, and disposition teams to ensure smooth walkthroughs, and on-time closings.
CRM & Data Hygiene: Accurately track buyer preferences, offer histories, proof of funds, and deal statuses in our real estate CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements
1–3+ Years High-Ticket B2B Sales / Disposition Experience: Proven track record in US/UK/Canada/UAE real estate sales or disposition, freight brokerage, B2B SaaS, or high-friction closing.
Flawless Communication Skills: Ability to hold firm on prices, manage investor objections confidently, and push deals across the finish line.
Exceptional English Communication: Near-native
