The Role Your Role Kyndryl is looking to hire a strategic and agile Senior Lead Compensation to support our Asia Pacific markets and our data analytic needs. The Senior Lead will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our compensation programs to ensure we can attract, retain, and inspire top talent in the fast-paced technology industry.



This role will be hands-on in implementing transformative compensation programs and designing efficient processes to support them. The role is split roughly evenly across two distinct areas: (1) Compensation Analytics, dashboard, insights, and (2) compensation partnering and advisory for our Asia Pacific markets, where strong stakeholder collaboration and client-facing consulting skills are essential.
