Role Description The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.



This role involves identifying and approaching prospective customers for IndusTill’s farm machinery, automation devices, and food processing equipment, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations, explain technical and value-based perks, and prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs. Daily tasks include visiting dealers and end-users, tracking leads and opportunities, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and achieving sales targets for multiple product lines. The role also requires gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal teams on order fulfillment and after-sales support, and preparing regular sales reports.

Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and post-sales follow-up.
