Role Description The Inside Sales Executive (BPO/Edtech) role at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the professional will engage with prospective learners and clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to explain offerings, address queries, and guide them through the enrollment or sales process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining a structured follow-up schedule, updating CRM or internal systems,



and meeting defined sales and conversion targets. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to align messaging, refine pitches, and improve customer experience. The role also involves resolving basic customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to closure.
Qualifications
