The Role As a Team Lead at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations for Mainframe (Batch/Console), Tech Support, and iSeries. Manage shift schedules, staffing, and LPAR/batch coverage. Act as lead during Sev1/Sev2 incidents; drive SWAT calls and resolution. Conduct status calls, turnover meetings, and participate in change management. Serve as primary customer contact; handle escalations and communicate updates. Ensure accurate incident reporting, RCA documentation, and SLA compliance.
