What You'll Be Doing
Owning the funnel end to end — from webinar and application through to the closed deal Building and leading the sales team: hiring, coaching, comp structure, performance Working closely with marketing on conversion, pricing, and retention Making CAC, payback period, and margin your daily language, not just a quarterly report Deciding where acquisition dollars go next, and forecasting what that growth looks like What Success Looks Like in Year One

You've taken a business from a few million in revenue to $10 M+ — and it was you driving it, not a team you happened to be part of You've sold high-ticket ($5,000+) through webinars, applications, and calls — to US buyers, specifically Your background is in tech upskilling, certifications, bootcamps, or career-transition education You can talk unit economics fluently — CAC, LTV: CAC, contribution margin You've diversified past a single paid channel and know what that actually takes You can work US hours — roughly 10 PM to 8 AM IST, if based in India This Probably Isn't Your Role If
