Role Description The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions for Brunch Club Hospitality, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations and supporting a positive workplace culture. This full-time, in office role is based in Lucknow and involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating workforce planning, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Manager will handle performance management cycles,



support training and development initiatives, and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, and retention. The role includes administering compensation and benefits programs, managing HR policies and procedures, and addressing day-to-day HR queries from staff and management. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and best practices within the hospitality or service industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
