Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
Achieve sales targets and improve branch business.
Supervise, coach, and motivate FLS employees.
Handle customer service and insurance advisory.
Monitor performance data and implement action plans.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting.
Conduct local marketing and customer outreach.
Key Qualifications:
Solid leadership and people-management skills
.Experience in Health Insurance, sales, or customer service
.Good communication and interpersonal skills
.Target-oriented with analytical abilities
.Basic knowledge of digital/reporting tools
.Bachelor’s & MBA degree preferred
.Health insurance knowledge is an advantage
