Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities of EVA / POE / EPE encapsulant sheet manufacturing.

- Establish, implement and maintain quality standards, SOPs, inspection plans and testing procedures.

- Ensure quality of incoming raw materials, in-process material and finished products.

- Monitor critical product parameters such as thickness, GSM, gel content, shrinkage, tensile strength, elongation, adhesion/peel strength, transmittance, cross-linking performance and other applicable properties.

- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA.

- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality systems.

- Coordinate with Production, R&D;,



Purchase and Maintenance teams for continuous quality improvement.

- Reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints through systematic problem-solving.

- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates and traceability documentation.

- Develop and manage laboratory testing systems and calibration of testing equipment.

- Support recent product development, trials, validation and customer approvals.

- Train and develop the Quality team.

- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable industry standards.Role & responsibilities
