– QUALITY EXECUTIVE

Position: Quality Executive

Department: Quality / Operations

Reporting To: AGM – Operations / Quality Manager

Location: C Kare Health Group

Job Purpose The Quality Executive will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across dental departments and hospital-associated clinics. The role involves ensuring compliance with clinical, operational, documentation, patient-safety, and service-quality standards, while identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Monitoring

- Conduct regular quality audits of dental departments and clinics.
- Monitor compliance with established SOPs, policies, and clinical protocols.
- Identify deviations, process gaps, and areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain quality audit records and follow up on corrective actions.

1. Clinical Documentation & Compliance

- Verify that patient records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory clinical examination and documentation requirements.
- Review treatment records, consent forms, treatment plans, and relevant clinical documentation.
- Report documentation gaps to the concerned doctors and department heads.

1. Patient Safety & Service Quality

- Monitor adherence to patient-safety procedures and infection-control practices.
- Review patient complaints, feedback, and service-related incidents.
- Coordinate with concerned teams to identify the root cause of issues.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and documented.

1. Operational Quality

- Monitor department processes including appointments,



patient flow, follow-ups, recalls, billing coordination, and treatment documentation.
- Conduct periodic checks of departmental checklists and registers.
- Ensure operational procedures are followed consistently across locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience.

1. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Maintain audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions, and closure status.
- Track quality KPIs and identify recurring issues.
- Present significant findings and improvement recommendations to management.

1. Training & Process Improvement

- Support implementation of quality-related SOPs and policies.
- Conduct or coordinate staff awareness sessions on quality standards.
- Assist in developing checklists, audit formats, and monitoring tools.
- Follow up to ensure staff understand and comply with updated procedures.

1. Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, coordinators, HR, operations, and hospital teams regarding quality-related matters.
- Escalate critical or repeated non-compliance issues to management.
- Support internal and external audits when required.

- Compliance with clinical documentation standards
- SOP and policy compliance percentage
- Audit completion and closure rate
- Reduction in repeated quality deviations
- Patient complaint resolution and closure
- Infection-control compliance
- Timely submission of quality reports
- Staff compliance with mandatory checklists
- Improvement in patient satisfaction and service quality

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, dental, or clinical operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and documentation practices.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare quality, hospital administration, clinical audit, or a similar role.

Authority & Accountability The Quality Executive is responsible for identifying and reporting quality deviations, maintaining audit records, monitoring corrective actions, and escalating unresolved or critical issues to the reporting authority.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
