Role Description The Quality Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based at Hydrobenz’s manufacturing facility in Rajkot. This role is responsible for monitoring and improving product and process quality across precision machining operations, including conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analyses for nonconformities.

The Quality

Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain quality plans, control procedures, and documentation aligned with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that customer specifications and tolerance requirements are consistently met. The role also involves preparing quality reports, supporting corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to training and awareness on quality practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with experience in manufacturing or precision machining environments.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including inspection methods, auditing, and the use of measurement tools and gauges.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Product Quality, including understanding tolerance specifications, process capability, and customer quality requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with quality data analysis and reporting, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field) and prior experience in a quality-focused role in manufacturing; experience in precision metal parts
