About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to manage the review and quality control of design and construction drawings. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings by leveraging industry-standard quality control practices and tools.

This position requires a thorough understanding of construction documentation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of design integrity and project quality, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in reviewing construction drawings, implementing quality control procedures, and coordinating interdisciplinary disciplines.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and other relevant design and analysis software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities





- Thoroughly review architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings to ensure they meet design intent, project specifications, and regulatory standards.

- Identify and rectify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies within the drawings to prevent construction issues.
- Utilize comprehensive QC checklists to verify all necessary design components are included and correctly documented.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.
- Use overlay techniques, clash detection, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to identify and resolve conflicts among different systems.
- Maintain detailed records of review findings, revisions, and quality control processes for project documentation and auditing purposes.

- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and improve drawing quality and process efficiency.
