Position: Clinical Psychologist

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 2-4 years (Clinical Assessment & Therapeutic Intervention)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary The Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic support for children and families receiving services at the Thane clinic. This role involves conducting clinical evaluations, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to positive developmental and behavioral outcomes.

The Clinical

Psychologist will play an essential role in ensuring holistic, client-centered care and maintaining clinical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Intervention

- Conduct psychological assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools.
- Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, behavioral therapy, parent guidance, etc.).
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case notes.

Client, Family & Caregiver Engagement

- Educate and guide parents/caregivers on psychological and behavioral concerns.
- Conduct counseling sessions and provide strategies to support development at home.
- Participate in case conferences and progress review meetings.
- Address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

- Collaborate with BCBAs,



Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Provide psychological insights for treatment planning and clinical discussions.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary intervention planning and outcome tracking.

Compliance, Ethics & Documentation

- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality standards, and organizational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive client records, assessment reports, and therapy documentation.
- Participate in internal reviews, audits, and quality assurance initiatives.

Professional Contribution & Development

- Stay updated with current clinical practices and therapeutic methodologies.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support awareness programs, workshops, or parent education initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration/license preferred or mandatory as applicable).
- QBA Certification mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant clinical experience in assessment and therapy delivery.
- Experience working with children or developmental/behavioral populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
