The Role Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain windows/Linux-based desktop environments for end-users. Configure and manage desktop applications, including office suites, email clients, web browsers, and productivity tools. Provide technical support to end-users for windows/Linux desktop-related issues.



Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate windows/Linux desktops with existing systems and infrastructure. Develop and maintain documentation for Winodws/Linux desktop configurations, policies, and procedures. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the windows/Linux desktop environment. Implement security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of windows/Linux desktop systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows/Linux desktops. Monitor ticket queues, prioritize incidents and requests, and ensure timely resolution and fulfillment according to defined SLAs. Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals. Coordinate with security teams to deploy patches, updates, and security configurations to Linux endpoints in a timely manner.
