Schedule and confirm meetings Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed Client coordination for deliveries and coordinating between design team - sales account manager - clients. Data mining from other sites Day today office operations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Solid interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
