Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Database Testing.
- Good proficiency in SQL and ability to write queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with EDI transaction testing and validation.
- Understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT.
- Knowledge of EDI transaction mapping, validation, acknowledgments, and error handling.
- Experience with API, integration, or end-to-end testing is a plus.
- Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with EDI platforms/tools such as Cleo, Sterling, Seeburger, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.




- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience in integration testing involving multiple systems and external trading partners.
- Familiarity with automation testing is an added advantage.

Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

What Were Looking For The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently validate database records and EDI transactions, identify data mismatches, troubleshoot integration issues, and work closely with technical and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
