The candidate should also possess exceptional communication skills, a background in the Consumer Lending domain would be advantageous, and a dedication to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of agile development methodologies, experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
