Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish recurring reports using predefined formats
Collect, validate, organize, and present data in Excel
Manage reporting requests via CRM/ticketing systems
Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales stakeholders
Track, prioritize, and deliver reports within defined timelines




Ensure report accuracy, quality, and compliance with stakeholder requirements
Required Skills
Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills with reporting expertise
Experience handling large datasets and report formatting
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with CRM or ticketing tools
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
