1. M& A and Corporate Transactions:
Act as the running point of contact for M& A transactions, including due diligence coordination, deal structuring, documentation, and closing support. Liaise with external counsels and internal stakeholders (finance, business, strategy) through the deal lifecycle. Support post-merger integration from a legal and compliance standpoint. 2. Structuring:
Advise on and support corporate structuring and re-structuring initiatives, including share swaps, entity setup, cross-border holding structures, and business reorganizations. Work closely with finance and tax teams to ensure structures are legally sound and compliant with applicable jurisdictional requirements. 3. Contract Management:
Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and end to end management of company contracts with vendors, clie
