Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan & Delhi NCR, India. Site Operations & Coordination
Support daily construction site operations and coordination Act as a bridge between site teams, contractors, vendors,



and head office Track attendance of site staff, supervisors, and contract workers Support site engineers and project managers with follow‐ups and coordination Site Admin & Facilities
Manage basic site administration (site office setup, utilities, cleanliness, supplies) Coordinate vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, and repairs Maintain site registers, logbooks, and documentation Ensure availability of safety gear, consumables, and site materials Material & Vendor Support
Assist with tracking material inward/outward at site Coordinate vendor deliveries and service schedules Maintain simple trackers for materials, vendors, and site expenses IT & Equipment Support
Support basic site IT and equipment setup (laptops, printers, internet) Track site assets, tools, and equipment HR & Compliance Support
Support onboarding of site staff and contract workers Maintain basic employee and contractor records Assist with atten
