Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai.
The Inside Sales Specialist will:
Engage with prospective customers, conduct outbound and inbound outreach, and qualify leads generated through marketing, referrals, and platform inquiries. Understand customer needs, presenting Cred Serv's solutions, coordinating demos with the sales and product teams, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems. Follow up on opportunities to drive conversions, support contract closure processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Monitor customer feedback, contributing to continuous improvement of sales messaging, and working towards defined revenue and activity targets. Qualifications




Strong Inside Sales experience with a track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles or qualified opportunity handoffs. Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline nurturing. Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels. Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and professional relationship management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a quick-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
