Role Description The Junior Sales Executive will work on-site at SilverWorld’s store in Janpath, New Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable silver jewelry pieces from the collection. The Junior Sales Executive will handle in-store sales transactions,



maintain accurate billing, and support inventory management by organizing displays and monitoring stock levels. They will respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a welcoming, professional store workplace. The role also includes assisting with basic sales reporting, helping with visual merchandising, and supporting promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Sales aptitude, including basic retail selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
Basic numeracy and comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or digital payments accurately.
